ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Schillace Insurance Agency (Dominic Schillace State Farm) is seeking an outgoing and competitive person to join our team as a Contact Representative on a part-time basis. Your contributions as a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment pave an entryway for growing your career and expanding your income.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outbound calling for insurance quote generation. Typically this is done by calling leads that come through online.
Daily use of our salesforce software to track leads.
Visiting local businesses to brand our business and drop off marketing materials.
Creating posts for social media.
Contacting existing customers (as needed) to generate interest in additional products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Have an outgoing personality.
Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Be money motivated and driven to reach targets.

Compensation: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
